Our rental prices include WiFi, 24/7 security, maintenance, and access to all amenities. Utilities like electricity and water All apartments come fully furnished with modern appliances.
How long is the minimum lease period?
The minimum lease period is 1 day for all our properties. We offer discounts for 7 days plus. we also offer longer terms stay from 7 months to a year.
What documents are required for rental application?
You'll need a valid ID, International clients may provide International passport .
Do you offer property management services for owners?
Yes, we provide comprehensive property management services including tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and regular property inspections. Our management fee is 10% of monthly rent.
